Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs and available support.
• Managing a complex caseload with supervision for Case Workers and Senior Case Workers.
• Triaging safeguarding referrals and making informed decisions.
• Building positive and professional relationships.
