Job summary

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a talented Project Manager to advise the Project Director and senior clinicians, coordinating and delivering Trust capital projects to meet time, cost and quality targets.

You will work across design teams, contractors and estates, managing documentation from brief to handover, ensuring compliance with NHS guidance, statutory standards and the Green Book guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery of capital projects in healthcare.
• Strong coordination with clinical and estates teams.
• Knowledge of governance, risk management and reporting.
• Familiarity with NHS procurement standards and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from inception to handover ensuring safety, on time, within budget.
• Manage budgets, cash flow, and forecasting.
• Procure and manage consultants and designers.
• Maintain project governance and document control.
• Provide senior management with progress and financial reports.
