Job summary

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to advise and support the Project Director and senior clinicians in delivering Trust Capital projects. The role requires coordination across design, construction, estates and finance teams to ensure objectives are met in terms of performance, time, cost and quality.

Qualifications

• Chartered construction professional status or equivalent.
• NHS Estates/Facilities experience is strongly preferred.
• Diploma in Project Management or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage capital projects from inception through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Develop briefs and business cases, ensuring requirements, risks and costs are fully considered.
• Maintain governance, risk management, reporting and document control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, programme, quality and safety, coordinating with clinical, estates and finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with financial instructions, NHS standards and statutory regulations.
