Home Bargains in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Homeware Designer to lead our in-house design studio within the homeware category. You will guide a team of designers, ensuring artwork is on-trend, commercially viable and compliant across packaging and products.

The role manages end-to-end design delivery, coordinates schedules with the Design Manager and Category teams, and drives innovation while maintaining quality standards and branding guidelines.

Qualifications

• Senior design experience leading a team in homeware or retail
• Strong track record delivering on-trend, compliant artwork
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end design processes and schedules

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of designers within the homeware category
• Oversee end-to-end design process and artwork sign-off
• Plan design schedules with Design Manager and Category teams
• Develop artwork for production in line with style guides
• Conduct market research and trend forecasting to inform direction
• Set team objectives and review performance regularly
• Collaborate with Category Managers, Buyers and suppliers
