Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Trainee or Junior Designer.
• Homeware experience essential.
• Experience across short, medium and long timelines.
• Experience in a fast-paced omni-channel retail environment.
• Commercial awareness of product market and trends.
• Ability to analyse market trends and insights for design direction.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in design software to visualize ideas.
• Ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of seasonal ranges with Designers and Buying.
• Help build balanced, commercially aligned assortments.
• Assist product development through supply base for quality, cost and delivery.
• Attend selection, sign-off and fit sessions; assist with documentation.
• Analyse trade performance to inform future ranges.
• Conduct trend research; contribute to mood boards and colour palettes.
• Perform regular market/competitor research and share insights.
• Ensure customer insights inform product decisions with cross-functional teams.
• Work end-to-end from concept to store execution; manage timelines.
