Job summary

Connected Health in the United Kingdom is seeking a highly skilled Registered Manager to lead our Northern Trust homecare service. You will report to the Director of Care and assume full responsibility for effective management, development, and growth, ensuring services align with strategy and maintain regulatory and contractual compliance.

This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to drive performance at scale.

Qualifications

• Hold or be working towards NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
• Experience leading inspections with regulatory bodies (RQIA).
• Experience in the domiciliary care industry.
• Full driving licence with access to a car.
• Good standard of English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Northern Trust homecare service.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to RQIA requirements.
• Lead and develop the care operations team for performance and growth.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting in line with legal requirements.
• Build relationships with clients, families, and care professionals.
• Represent the service in external meetings and coordinate with the Director of Care.
