• Experience leading dementia and general nursing care in a 60-bed home.
• Evidence of CQC rating good in the last 3 years.
• Strong operational background with excellent team leadership and people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and sustain the Home to deliver the highest standards of care for residents.
• Build effective relationships with residents, relatives and the local community.
• Own and drive operational performance, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary staff team with a person-centered approach.
• Ensure the home maintains a high standard of decor, facilities and wellbeing for residents.
• Act as a capable, positive leader to inspire and motivate staff.
