Job summary

AQS Homecare is seeking friendly Home Carers to support clients in the Southampton area (SO18 and SO19). No formal qualifications are required, but a compassionate nature and a wish to make a difference are essential. Training will be provided and an Enhanced DBS check is required.

We offer paid training, DBS clearance, a friendly local management team, a supportive work environment, and options such as cycle-to-work schemes. Driving licence with access to a vehicle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients in their own homes
• Support clients to participate in activities, shopping trips, and social occasions
• Assist with light housework and food preparation as needed
• Follow care plans and report changes to the supervisor

AQS Homecare are looking to recruit to our existing team of exceptional Home Carer's to support with delivering a quality service to clients living in the Southampton area of SO18 AND SO19

We will give you all the training and support you need, such as obtaining a qualification in health and social care. You will be supported by the team to make a difference by not only providing personal care to the people we support, but supporting them to take part in a wide range of activities, including shopping trips and social occasions.
