Job summary

Meadow Park School in Coventry invites applications for a motivated individual to join our SEND & Inclusion Team, supporting students with diverse needs across 1:1 and small-group settings. You will work closely with teachers, families and external agencies to raise attainment and well-being.

The successful candidate will mentor students, model high expectations and contribute to a thriving school culture that values creativity, resilience, and inclusive education.

Responsibilities

• Support the SEND & Inclusion Team by mentoring students and teaching small groups.
• Work 1:1 and in small groups, in classroom settings, coordinating with teachers and families.
• Liaise with other professionals and families and contribute to meetings on student progress.
• Track and monitor student progress within interventions and support school-wide attainment and behaviour.
