Job summary

Meadow Park School seeks a motivated and flexible individual to join its SEND & Inclusion Team. The role involves supporting students with diverse needs, mentoring pupils, and delivering small-group sessions within a dynamic school community.

You will work closely with the Director of SEND & Inclusion, liaising with teachers, families and external partners to help every student reach their potential and thrive in a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Support students with additional physical, emotional and educational needs.
• Mentor students and teach small groups while modelling high standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of SEND & Inclusion with care and supervision for students.
• Mentor students and deliver small-group teaching to develop learning.
• Build productive relationships and model positive behaviour for students.
• Assist in liaising with teachers, families and external agencies to support pupil progress.
• Track and monitor student progress and report to the SENCO.
• Contribute to school-wide aims to raise attainment and reduce exclusions.
