Job summary

Meadow Park School is seeking a motivated and flexible individual to join the SEND & Inclusion Team. You will work with students with diverse needs, mentor learners, and support teachers to raise attainment and attendance.

The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, liaising with families and external agencies, and contributing to a nurturing, high-expectation learning environment. You will collaborate across the school to ensure students reach their potential, while modelling professionalism

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of SEND & Inclusion by providing care and supervision to students.
• Mentor students and teach small groups, establishing productive working relationships.
• Track and monitor student progress within interventions and report to the SENCO.
• Contribute to meetings to discuss a child’s progress and support school-wide attainment and behaviour standards.
• Work with teachers, families and external agencies to support student outcomes.
