Job summary

Qualifications

• An experienced Teaching Assistant or qualified HLTA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging learning activities for individuals, small groups, and whole classes when required.
• Lead lessons in the absence of the class teacher, maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs to access learning and achieve their individual goals.
• Deliver targeted interventions to promote academic, social, emotional, and communication development.
• Adapt learning activities to meet the diverse needs of every pupil.
• Build strong, trusting relationships that help pupils feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, families, and other professionals to achieve the very best outcomes.
