Job summary

Qualifications

• HLTA or Teaching Assistant experience in an education/support role
• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH and challenging behaviour
• Confident, patient and resilient with strong boundaries
• Able to drive and access to own vehicle

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning across the provision
• Deliver activities and interventions to individuals and small groups
• Support pupils with SEMH, behavioural and additional needs
• Build relationships with pupils and maintain a calm learning environment
• Work with teachers and pastoral team to support pupils
• Model positive behaviour and take on HLTA responsibilities
