Job summary

FFW Site Services Ltd is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to lead civil engineering and highways projects across Yorkshire. The role requires ownership from planning through to completion, with focus on programme delivery, budgets and stakeholder communication.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, liaise with commercial functions and ensure compliance with CDM regulations, quality standards and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts and commercial management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary site teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver civil engineering and highways projects from preconstruction to completion.
• Manage programmes, budgets, resources and subcontractors for efficient delivery.
• Lead and coordinate Site Managers, Site Engineers and project teams.
• Monitor performance, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on costs, variations and financial performance.
• Ensure health and safety, quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Maintain client relationships and provide progress updates.
• Oversee labour, plant, materials and subcontractor resources.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Support project handover and final accounts.
