Qualifications

• Significant experience in highway engineering and infrastructure design.
• Chartered Engineer status preferred or working towards.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead highway design projects from feasibility studies to detailed design.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement highway infrastructure solutions.
• Produce high-quality technical reports and documentation.
• Provide expert guidance on transport planning and highway design.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and consultants.
• Contribute to business development activities, including bid preparation and client presentations.
