Job summary

Elevate Projects Ltd. seeks a Senior Specialist for Highways Agreements to provide senior leadership in negotiating, managing, and delivering highway agreements, including Section 38 and 278, with developers and third parties.

You will ensure compliance with statutory requirements and design standards while supporting timely highway infrastructure delivery. The role requires liaising with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining robust documentation, and contributing to governance

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating highway agreements (Section 38/278) with developers and authorities.
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of statutory requirements, design standards, and local authority policies.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, prepare, and manage Section 38, Section 278, and related highway agreements.
• Provide technical guidance on complex agreement matters to internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee delivery of highway works under agreements, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Monitor compliance with approved designs, standards, and maintenance requirements.
• Act as primary contact for developers, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and audit trails for transparency and accountability.
