Derbyshire County Council is seeking an experienced transport planning professional to lead the Highway Planning Liaison Team. • Substantial highway development management experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of planning system, legislation and policy.
• Experience assessing complex proposals and advising on reports.
• Experience representing an organisation at committees, appeals or inquiries.
• Strong leadership, resource and performance management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and partnership working abilities.
