Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day advice on highway and development constraints across the Borough.
• Prepare, negotiate and administer Section 38/278 highway agreements with Legal Services.
• Provide cost estimates for highway works and negotiate financial contributions.
• Review planning consultations, Transport Assessments and highway layouts.
• Supervise delivery and adoption of new highways and developer-funded schemes.
