• Proven experience in leading and managing highway engineering projects from conception to completion.
• In-depth knowledge of highway design principles, standards, and practices.
• Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D.
• Experience with highway design, including alignment, grading, drainage, and pavement design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Ability to prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Current UK Experience within a public, private or third sector UK based client.
• Understanding and appreciation of CDM regulations.
• A full UK driving licence is essential
• HND, HNC, BEng, MEng or equivalent in a relevant discipline would be an advantage
• IEng or CEng
