Job summary

FM Conway is seeking a Senior Highway Design Engineer to join our Consultancy team in London, focusing on highway schemes from feasibility to implementation. You will lead design work, manage stakeholders and collaborate with our teams across the urban realm and bus scheme improvements.

You will be degree qualified with a BEng/BSc in Civil Engineering and work towards Incorporation/Chartership status. The role is based from our Paddington office, offering opportunities across London and the

• Degree qualified in civil engineering (BEng/BSc) or equivalent.
• Incorporation/Chartership with a relevant professional body preferred.
• Experience designing highways including urban realm, adoption issues (S38/S278).

Responsibilities

• Develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders, clients and external providers.
• Assist with programme and financial reporting to align with budgets.
• Lead small design teams and mentor junior members.
