Job summary

Genvolt Ltd is seeking a Senior High Voltage Design Engineer to join our Engineering and Special Projects team at our site in Highley, Shropshire. This senior role focuses on high voltage power supplies, analogue/digital electronics, and related systems from concept to production introduction.

You will lead design work, perform testing and verification, and contribute to customer and defence-related projects with disciplined documentation and traceability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Substantial experience in high voltage power supply design.
• Ability to lead complex engineering work from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of high voltage power supplies and subsystems.
• Take projects from customer requirement through prototype, validation and manufacture introduction.
• Produce specifications, schematics, calculations, BOMs and test evidence.
• Mentor colleagues and work with production, QA and suppliers.
