Conrad Consulting is working in partnership with a well-established architectural practice to recruit a Senior Heritage Consultant with a strong architectural background on an initial 6-12 month contract. This role offers the opportunity to lead on heritage matters across a diverse and exciting portfolio of projects.
Our client is seeking an experienced professional based in their Bristol studio. The successful Heritage Consultant will report to the regional Heritage Consultancy Lead and work closely with architects, planners, and clients to shape and guide the integration of heritage into design and planning processes.
This is a key strategic role, focused on delivering bespoke, high-quality heritage advice, including the preparation of conservation management plans, significance assessments, capacity for change analysis, and heritage impact assessments.
On offer for the successful candidate will be a salary of £40,000 - £47,000 dependent on experience, flexible and hybrid working arrangement (typically 4 days in office), and a generous company benefits package.
To be noted that the position will be a fixed term contract for a period of 6-12 months with scope to look at the successful Heritage Consultant to turn permanent.
