Job Description:

Stantec UK is seeking an Archaeology and Heritage Consultant to join our team in Reading or Bristol, or other southern England offices. The role involves delivering technical advice and reports for water, highways, and infrastructure clients, contributing to high-quality historic environment consultancy, and working within multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable solutions.

You will provide advice, conduct risk analysis, research, and prepare technical documents such as Desk-Based Assessments, Setting Assessments, and Environmental Impact Assessments. The role includes stakeholder consultation and managing archaeological fieldwork with subcontractors.

About You

You are passionate about Britain's archaeology and heritage, with several years of consultancy experience, excellent report-writing skills, and ideally GIS experience. You are a CIfA member at the Associate level or above and possess a full UK driving license.
