As Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of a number of projects, working closely with clients, consultants, designers, site teams and specialist subcontractors.

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong construction background and ideally experience within one or more of the following:
You will be confident managing projects, people, subcontractors and clients, with a strong understanding of construction processes, programmes, contracts and commercial management.
A genuine appreciation for quality workmanship, traditional construction and attention to detail would be highly advantageous.
