Alfa-Executive Solutions is seeking a Senior Development Professional for a healthcare property business operating in the UK care home market. The role involves progressing care home development schemes from early review to delivery, requiring strong judgement and technical credibility.

The ideal candidate has experience in Senior Living or Retirement Living and a strong understanding of the UK development process, managing complex property schemes through to delivery. This position is ideally suited for an experienced Senior Development Manager or a Development Director focused on healthcare property.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Senior Living or Retirement Living.
• Experience in operationally led property development.
• Ability to manage complex property schemes from inception to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Review and progress development opportunities.
• Manage programme, budget, and delivery risk across live schemes.
• Prepare clear reporting for senior leadership.
• Liaise with operational stakeholders to ensure viability of schemes.
