P+HS Architects in Manchester is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead our largest hospital project to date. You will work directly with the Associate lead and gain exposure to design leadership on a major healthcare assignment.

You will collaborate with clients, technologist consultants and contractors to ensure provision of design solutions, plus plan resources, QA, and delivery across RIBA stages.

Formación

• Track record of leading architecture projects and ownership of multiple schemes.
• ARB registration with RIBA Part 3, or willingness to pursue membership.
• Strong design, visualization, and graphics skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects, manage resources, and track programme.
• Prepare drawings, schedules and specifications.
• Produce presentation materials and visuals.
• Ensure QA procedures and technical standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Communicate with Team Leaders and Project Director.
• Support diversity and inclusion in practice.
