Qualifications

• RIBA Part 3 and ARB registration with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience leading UK healthcare projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and design standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development and coordination across healthcare schemes.
• Manage budgets, programs and resourcing for projects.
• Coordinate contract documents and design teams through to completion.
• Oversee QA, site visits and technical issue resolution.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to studio management.
