Job summary

AZTRUM in Birmingham is recruiting a Project Architect to lead healthcare schemes across UK projects. The role focuses on delivering through multiple RIBA stages, coordinating design teams and ensuring compliance with building regs and healthcare standards.

ARB registration is essential and Revit experience is advantageous for technical detailing. You will manage multidisciplinary consultants, monitor progress and contribute to client presentations, planning applications and construction-stage

Qualifications

• Licensed architect with ARB registration in the UK.
• Experience delivering architectural projects in a UK practice.
• Healthcare sector experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of healthcare projects across relevant RIBA stages.
• Manage project programmes, deliverables and design coordination.
• Prepare and review detailed drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants, contractors and client teams.

Aztrum is pleased to be partnering with an established architectural practice looking to appoint a Project Architect to support the delivery of its healthcare portfolio.

The role will involve taking responsibility for projects through multiple RIBA stages, coordinating design teams and ensuring projects are delivered to the required technical, commercial and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex healthcare schemes, collaborating with clients, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities for this Project Architect role:

• Lead the design and delivery of healthcare projects across relevant RIBA stages.
