Job summary

Abbott in Maidenhead is seeking a customer-focused ANI eSolutions Senior Advisor to support delivery and ongoing success of our customer-facing digital solutions within the Nutrition Division.

You will collaborate with NHS stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and IT partners to drive the software lifecycle, enable CRM and H2H Dynamics, and optimise patient management systems across the UK.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing experience and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience supporting business applications, CRM platforms, or healthcare technology solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of ANI eSolutions.
• Support CRM and digital solution deployment (H2H Dynamics CRM and others).
• Assist in process and data transfer solutions, and mobile apps.
• Support testing, UAT, and project documentation.
• Act as a key customer-facing contact for NHS and Homecare customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and drive service excellence.
