Job summary

Abbott Maidenhead is seeking an ANI eSolutions Senior Advisor to support the delivery, development and ongoing success of customer-facing digital solutions, including H2H Dynamics CRM and future platforms. You will work closely with NHS stakeholders, healthcare professionals, internal teams and IT partners to enhance customer experience and operational excellence.

The role covers development and implementation of ANI eSolutions, user testing, documentation and governance compliance, with

Qualifications

Strong customer-facing experience with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
Experience supporting business applications, CRM platforms, or healthcare technology solutions.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong organisational and prioritisation capabilities.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access.

Responsibilities

Support ANI eSolutions development, implementation, and phased enhancements.
Act as a primary customer-facing contact for NHS and Homecare customers.
Collaborate with internal Abbott teams and local IT departments to meet evolving needs.
Assist with planning activities and deputise for the eSolutions Manager.
Ensure activities comply with Abbott policies, regulatory requirements, information governance standards, and NHS compliance frameworks.
