Job summary

AECOM London Healthcare Project Management team is seeking a Project Director to lead medium to large-scale healthcare projects from initiation to completion. You will drive client relationships, business development, and team leadership while delivering projects on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.

The role may require site-based work and travel across London and the Southeast, with hybrid working options and a strong emphasis on results, collaboration, and professional

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading healthcare project management in built environment.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with business development and bid leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management outputs and team delivery.
• Chair internal and external project meetings and reviews.
• Oversee design team management and tender documentation.
• Lead construction contracts and commercial processes.
• Provide financial oversight and resource management.
• Support recruitment and staff development for the healthcare team.
