Job summary

A Senior Project Manager in Healthcare Construction Consultancy will lead complex healthcare projects in Scotland, overseeing NEC4 contracts and ensuring NHS Scotland KSAR compliance. The role requires strong communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills, with senior supervision of engineering and project controls as needed.

Preference is given to candidates with a consultancy background, professional accreditation, and a master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Experience leading healthcare construction projects within a consultancy or client organisation.
• NEC4 Contract Administration experience is advantageous.
• Clear understanding of NHS Scotland requirements (KSAR Process, Governance and Compliance).
