Location: Kingfisher Nursing Home, Emmanuel Lodge, College Road, Cheshunt, EN8 9NQ

Hourly rate: Up to £13.50 per hour, plus a 50p per hour night and weekend enhancement

Hours: 39 hours per week

Shifts: Shifts available across Monday to Sunday

• Support residents with daily activities, including personal care, developing care plans, and meal choices
• Champion residents' dignity and independence
• Promote residents’ happiness and health
• Communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records
• Assist with serving food and hydration
• Build relationships with residents, their families, and team members

About you:

• Right to live and work in the UK
• NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health and Social Care or equivalent
• Caring nature, positive attitude, teamwork skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in adult care sector preferred
