Affinity Staff is seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to lead care shifts and uphold high clinical standards at a top-tier care facility in Braintree, Essex.

• Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willing to obtain).
• Full Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Update care plans, conduct risk assessments and log incidents.
• Liaise with visiting healthcare professionals, multidisciplinary teams, and families.
