This role involves developing safety behaviours, conducting site inspections, and delivering training to foster a culture of wellbeing and safety. Ideal candidates will have NEBOSH certification, strong communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate and Tech IOSH (or higher) required.
• Strong communication and people skills essential.
• Full UK driving licence for site visits.

What you’ll be doing:

As a visible champion of our Safer Every Day strategy, you’ll:

1. Help teams develop strong, consistent safety behaviours in line with our Safer Every Day principles
2. Build open, collaborative environments that drive a culture of wellbeing and safety
3. Conduct site inspections and assurance visits to keep our standards high
4. Deliver inspiring training sessions – from orientation to on-site briefings
5. Measure impact and drive continuous improvement across projects
6. Share best practice and support innovation across the alliance

What you’ll bring:

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate and Tech IOSH (or higher) membership
• CSCS Safety Professional card
• Strong communication and people skills – you're trusted, respected, and supportive
