Job Overview

Skanska, a leading project development and construction group, is committed to building a better society through inclusive and responsible practices. We are seeking a Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to join our Infrastructure Water team in Cambridge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Company Health & Safety and wellbeing Policies, Procedures, and statutory requirements affecting project operations.
• Provide operational management with advice on accident and ill health prevention, and implement company SHW policies.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing the Project Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan.
• Conduct site SHW inspections and participate in audits and inspections.
• Maintain the health and safety competency matrix for the scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience in SHW
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or NEBOSH General Certificate, or equivalent NVQ
• Relevant SHW experience, preferably within construction or a high-risk industry
• Grad IOSH, AIEMA, or equivalent
