Jaguar Land Rover in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Safety Advisor to enable safe delivery of manufacturing operations, providing expert health, safety and wellbeing leadership across Propulsion Operations.

You will work with operations, engineering and contractors to drive legal compliance, risk reduction and continuous improvement, promote a positive safety culture, and implement JLR's Safety Management System toward Zero Harm.

Qualifications

• UK Health and safety law knowledge and regulatory requirements applied in manufacturing.
• Experience conducting incident investigations using root cause analysis methodologies.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and safety reporting systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide competent health and safety advice to support manufacturing operational teams.
• Support leaders in meeting statutory duties and company standards for health and safety.
• Apply working knowledge of H&S practices and industry knowledge when advising internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct health and safety audits, inspections and compliance reviews; communicate findings and ensure actions.
• Support implementation and maintenance of policies aligned to ISO 45001 and legal requirements.
• Analyse safety performance data to identify opportunities for risk reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous safety improvements.
