Job summary

Tristone Nash is seeking an experienced Senior Health & Safety Advisor for a 6-month contract in Bristol. You will lead a small team, drive the Health & SafetyIMprovement across housing, repairs and construction services, and provide expert advice on CDM and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma or equivalent Level 6 NEBOSH Diploma.
• Ongoing CPD demonstrated.
• Significant experience giving specialist health and safety advice to colleagues, managers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of CDM and construction health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a team of four Safety Coordinators delivering health and safety programmes.
• Support the Health & Safety Management System using Plan-Do-Check-Act approach.
• Provide specialist CDM advisory support and wider construction health and safety guidance.
• Coach managers on health and safety responsibilities and regulatory compliance.
• Assist housing, repairs and maintenance with construction safety requirements and risk management.
• Undertake risk assessments including HAV and noise assessments.
