Job summary

Tristone Nash is seeking an experienced Senior Health & Safety Advisor for a 6-month contract in Bristol's public sector. You will lead and influence H&S across construction, housing, repairs and maintenance services, providing expert advice and driving compliance with current legislation.

You will manage a team of four Safety Coordinators, support the Health & Safety Management System (Plan–Do–Check–Act) and advise on CDM requirements.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Level 6 or equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Evidence of CPD.
• Significant experience advising colleagues, managers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of construction H&S legislation and CDM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of four Safety Coordinators.
• Support the H&S Management System with Plan-Do-Check-Act.
• Provide specialist CDM advice and health and safety guidance for construction projects.
• Coach managers on responsibilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist housing, repairs and maintenance with construction safety requirements.
