Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Facilities Manager for our multi-user site in Rotherham.

You will lead safety, environmental, quality, and facilities management, influencing stakeholders and driving improvements across a busy warehouse operation. The role reports to the General Manager and focuses on building a strong safety culture, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting GXO’s sustainability ambitions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience producing KPI reports and driving improvements through data-led decisions.
• Leadership and stakeholder management across HSE and facilities teams.
• Experience with risk assessments, audits, and regulatory reporting (RIDDOR).
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a proactive safety-first culture and ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, and facilities legislation.
• Manage risk assessments, investigations, audits, fire safety plans, and business continuity.
• Oversee site facilities management, including maintenance, permits, and security.
• Drive sustainability initiatives aligned with Road to Zero commitments.
• Produce HSE metrics and lead committees to improve safety and operations.
