Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fire safety legislation and risk management.
• Experience leading H&S in educational or heritage estates settings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing health and safety compliance across multiple sites.
• Conducting risk assessments, inspections and maintenance planning.
• Policies creation, review and implementation for safety measures.
• Managing incident reporting, investigations and trend analysis.
• Coordinating staff training and liaising with external safety consultants.
