• Experience in health and safety management within a large organisation.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert on health and safety, fire safety and environmental compliance.
• Provide specialist advice to managers and staff across the Trust.
• Promote a culture where health and safety is everyone's responsibility.
• Lead and support risk assessments and incident investigations as required.
• Develop, implement and review policies, procedures and safe systems of work.
• Deliver training and awareness programmes to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Occupational Health, Risk Management, Estates and other teams to improve safety.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external partners as needed.
