Southend University Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to support patients, staff and visitors across hospital sites. You will undertake audits, inspections, investigations and risk assessments to ensure safe, compliant and effective services.

The role involves delivering training, supporting risk management activities and analyzing incident trends to promote a strong safety culture across the organisation. No visa sponsorship is available for this role.

Formación

• Knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and risk management principles.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, investigations and workplace risk assessments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to explain complex issues clearly.
