Job summary

Exemplar Health Care’s Hillside Court in Leeds is seeking a Senior Health Care Assistant to lead a small care team under the Nurse in Charge, delivering high-quality care at a brand-new state-of-the-art home on St Anthony’s Road. You’ll provide personal care, assist at meal times, support health and wellbeing, encourage social activity, promote dignity and independence, and help document care plans.

A Level 3 in Health and Social Care and GCSE Maths/English are required; DBS check, staff support

Qualifications

• Must have relevant Health and Social Care qualifications including Level 3.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or functional skills).

Responsibilities

• Supporting people with their personal care.
