Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Health Care Assistant at Hillside Court in Leeds to support adults with complex care needs in a purpose-built home. You will help with personal care, meals, and social activities, while promoting dignity and independence.

No prior care experience is essential; we provide induction and ongoing training. This role offers flexible day and night shifts and a supportive team environment.

Contract type: Full time - 36, 42 & 48 hour contracts available. Candidates must be flexible for both days and nights

Rate: £12.71 per hour (increasing to £12.81 upon completion of Exemplar Healthcare certificate)
