Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is recruiting a Health Care Assistant for Hylton Grange in Sunderland. You will support adults with complex needs, providing personal care, meal-time assistance and life-enhancing activities. Training and induction are provided as you join a compassionate team.

Working patterns include full and part‑time shifts with day, night and late options. The role offers values-driven environment and opportunities to grow within a supportive care home.

Qualifications

• Experience in the care sector not strictly required; training provided.

• Induction and buddy system plus ongoing training are available.
