Everfox is hiring a Senior Manager Hardware Engineering to lead a 10+ engineers and managers in London, UK. You will own hardware workstreams from concept through industrialization, set technical standards, and partner with software/firmware teams to ensure secure, high‑quality hardware delivery.

The role requires deep electronic design expertise, hands-on bench time, and strong supplier management, design reviews and security assessments in a hybrid London environment.

Qualifications

• Senior hardware leadership experience delivering hardware workstreams from concept to industrialization.
• Hands-on credibility with high-speed digital, power electronics and EMC.
• Ability to own supplier relationships and lifecycle/secure-sourcing assessment.
• Experience with electronic and electro-mechanical integration in enclosed products.
• Track record in design reviews, risk assessments and design-security evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a hardware team of 10+ engineers and managers; manage performance and development.
• Drive full hardware product development lifecycle from concept to industrialization; coordinate with software/firmware teams.
• Act as design authority for end-to-end electronics and electro-mechanical integration.
• Improve hardware engineering processes, governance and design documentation.
• Own supplier relationships and lifecycle/secure-sourcing assessments.
• Set and uphold design security principles across the portfolio.
• Oversee EVT/DVT, qualification, prototype builds and transition to manufacture.
