Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions is seeking an electronics hardware engineer in Colchester to work on cutting-edge Intel-based compute silicon used in harsh environments. This hands-on role blends lab work with design, requiring you to investigate issues, implement verified fixes, and maintain product reliability.

You will redesign legacy products, test through prototype to production, and integrate the latest components to extend lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Degree in electronics or a related discipline.
• 3 years of professional electronics engineering experience.
• Desire to work with Intel architecture and latest compute silicon.

Responsibilities

• Own product redesign from issue investigation to verified fix.
• Test and redesign existing products from prototype to production.
• Lead complete redesign of legacy products.
• Integrate latest market components to extend lifecycles.
• Create and modernise 16–20 layer schematics and PCB layouts.
• Conduct design reviews, debugging with scopes and analysers.
