Job summary

MI5 is seeking a Hard Services Facilities Manager to oversee high-quality service management and maintenance across multiple sites, including London and other locations. You will lead 8–12 engineers, work closely with a facilities partner, and ensure resilience and safety of secure facilities.

Candidates should have senior-level hard services FM experience, a relevant engineering degree, and a full UK driving licence. London or other locations with regular travel are included in the role.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience in hard services facilities management.
• Experience managing a multi-million-pound FM contract with a strategic supplier partner.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of high-quality service management and maintenance across key parts of our property portfolio.
• Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers (8–12) and engage with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with facilities management partner to ensure a joined-up, reliable service.
• Contribute to delivering high levels of customer service across MI5.
