Your profile

We’re looking for hairdressers who:

• Have several years experience in hairdressing
• Are a team player
• Are willing to learn and grow

  £13.20-£14.20 fixed per hour plus generous, uncapped services and products commissions, and tips

  Our rota is done 6 weeks in advance, considering your specific requirements. You get 2 Sundays off per month, one 3-day weekend per month. We are flexible with worked hours and consider part-timers.

  Everyone receives at least one training session per month based on their personal development plan. All trainings are paid and during normal working hours.

We deliver many trainings ourselves and recruit primarily based on personality and interpersonal skills. We can teach balayage and highlights, but it's harder to teach good manners!
